📦 ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Please allow 2–3 business days for orders to be processed before shipment unless otherwise stated during a launch, preorder, sale, or high-volume period.
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Please make sure your name, email, shipping address, and other information are correct before submitting your order.
Niya Beauty Box is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after a package has been transferred to the carrier.

💗 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our beauty and professional lash products, all sales are final.
For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact Niya Beauty Box within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your name
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund. Each situation will be reviewed individually.

📭 LOST, STOLEN & MISSING PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Niya Beauty Box is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members/neighbors when appropriate, and contact the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information has not updated or you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us so we can help you determine the appropriate next step with the carrier.
Niya Beauty Box does not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as successfully delivered.

🏠 LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup will only be available when shown as an option at checkout or announced by Niya Beauty Box.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Pickup instructions, location information, and available pickup times will be provided after your order is prepared.
Please do not arrive outside of the provided pickup instructions/times without approval.
Orders selected for pickup will not automatically be shipped unless separate arrangements and any applicable shipping costs are handled.

🎓 CLASSES & TRAINING
Deposits and payments made toward Niya Beauty Box classes or training reserve your seat/time and are subject to the specific terms displayed when booking.
Class dates, remaining balances, attendance requirements, model requirements, and other instructions will be communicated before training.
Students are responsible for arriving prepared and on time..
Training materials provided during class are intended for the registered student and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.

📸 CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
If you voluntarily tag Niya Beauty Box or submit photos/videos featuring our products, we may ask for permission to repost or feature your content on our website or social media.
Participation in an NBB Brand Ambassador, Product Ambassador, or NBB Crew program may be subject to separate program terms and requirements.
Acceptance into any ambassador or NBB Crew program is not guaranteed by submitting an application.
